EXPLORE THE REGION

Alhambra
Alhambra is located near Granada and is the second most visited site in Europe: this breathtaking palace-city is a sophisticated blend of medieval Islamic, Renaissance Christian and modern architectural styles. Its considered the most important surviving remnant of the Islamic rule on the Iberian Peninsula.

Montefrío
The charming whitewashed village is set in between two ancient churches, and surrounded by a landscape of olive groves and crop fields. The Iglesia de la Villa (church) is set above the town, but is well worth the steep climb to visit the 15th century building, which was constructed on the site of an old Moorish castle.

Malaga
The largest city on the Costa del Sol, Malaga has a typical Mediterranean climate and is also known as the birthplace of famous Spanish artist Pablo Picasso. The city offers beaches, hiking, architectural sites, art museums, excellent shopping and cuisine.

El Caminito del Rey
Caminito del Rey is a path that will let you walk across the heart of Desfiladero de los Gaitanes (Gaitanes Ravine) through the gateways attached to a rock one hundred meters above the ground, discovering remote landscapes and experiencing vertiginous feelings that only experienced climbers could feel until now.

Ronda
Steeped in dark myths and bullfighting folklore, whilst boasting one of the most extraordinary locations in Spain, it is small wonder that Ronda has become Andalusia’s third most visited town. With its world-famous New Bridge and bullring, as well as the hidden corners of the gorge on top of which it perches, Ronda will not disappoint.

Cordoba
Córdoba was once the premier city of the Western World, the greatest metropolis west of Constantinople, and the seat of Europe’s first university. Today, there’s a modern commercial center, but most travellers love strolling the town’s ancient cobblestone streets, peeking through gates for glimpses of lush flowers and beautiful tiled fountains.
"The tour was well planned and balanced. The Casa was superb, lovely decor and a spacious sanctuary when you needed some peace and quiet. Your hosting was superb and the Tapas and breakfasts were really lovely. Really enjoyed your company, and your style of hosting was just up my street. You were professional, friendly and really entertaining and knowledgeable- a really great mixture of talent!"

"I would love to give your June holiday review which was absolutely awesome. I just found generally as a smallish group, there were no rigid itineraries which we had to stick by, which I loved. There was enough free time to wander around every day, as have down time. It was so wonderful having you and Robert know the areas so well and part your knowledge too."
Caro
"The experience was way beyond my expectations. You are both so familiar with all the wonderful sights and gave really interesting information regarding history and customs, organised so many different tours and experiences. Everything went so smoothly and when I reflect back and look at all my photos, I am amazed that we fitted so much into the amount of time we had. As someone who hasn’t done too much travelling as I don’t enjoy solo travelling it was great being a part of a small group and having an itinerary which you had obviously based on what you consider the best sights and experiences."

"What can I say...? Everything Spanish was at our fingertips. Flamenco dancing, Spanish tapas, Spanish winery, medieval villages, staying in whitewashed village Castillo du Locobin in the Andalucian mountain area, Cherry Fiesta, Ancient ruins of churches and monasteries, Ancient bridges of beauty, shopping, ancient mosque, so so much to see and do. Always amazing food and wine. Great hosts. Highly recommend this trip if you want a real Spanish experience. Value for money."
